I am passionate about customer service, communications, and the role communication can play in empowering citizens and facilitating change for the better. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge in leadership, strategic communications,strategy conceptualization, development and design, project planning, collective bargaining, labour relations, project management, internal and external communication, stakeholder management, research, writing, management, marketing, community engagement and media liaison. I am currently employed by the Gauteng Provincial Governments Department of Human Settlements as the Head of Communications. I have achieved many accolades in my career including special awards and board appointments.
